For a custom project, the MOQ depends on the specific product and customization requirements. Typically, the MOQ starts at 500–1000 pieces per item for standard models.
4. What is the lead time for production and delivery?
The lead time of standard models usually take 3~5 working days.
For a custom projet, lead time typically ranges from 30 to 45 days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. For large or customized orders, we will confirm a timeline based on production capacity and complexity.

We conduct strict quality control (QC) at multiple stages, including raw material selection, molding, firing, polishing, and final packaging. During the production process, our staff will regularly shoot videos to update the production progress for customers. Third-party inspections can also be arranged upon request.
